I can't save photos after updating to Windows 11

I recently updated to Windows 11 and have upated photoshop. After editing my photos I like to save them as a jpeg but when I click on the save options - any of the 3 - nothing happens. If I open the photo in Lightroom and export the photo it saves it as a jpeg. Even using alt/shift/control s does not work. I prefer photoshop over light room. Help!

Use Save a Copy and select JPG from the Format drop-down menu.

It doesn't give me the option - I know all the save options, save ,save as and save a copy. I am wonder if I have to uninstal and reinstall. Thanks anyway.

Before uninstalling Photoshop, try resetting the preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences, then close and reopening the application.
