I can't save the file as png

Saving the file as png doesn't work for me. When I go to File -> export -> quick export as png, nothing happens, no window is displayed.

This happened to me after the last update. Everything was fine before.

I deleted the program and installed it again and it's still the same.

It works fine in Photoshop BETA

You're welcome @Krystian37331967eyz9 , I'm glad "Save a Copy" works for you.

In addition, you can change Preferences so you can use "Save As" to save as PNG.

As of 22.4.1, you can find png, jpg, pdf, etc., in Save a Copy.
As of 22.4.2 you can revert to the previous behavior in Preferences > File Handling > File Saving Options:

Enable Legacy Save As
Do not append Copy to filename

I don't know why it's not working in PS. Since it's working in PS Beta, I am guessing that the PS Team has fixed the issue and it will be moved into the released version in an upcoming update.
