I can't use the Photoshop, even though I paid for it

Hi, I have an Adobe account and a subscription that I've already paid for. However I cannot use the Adobe Photoshop app. When I try to use the app and edit photos, the application tells me that I have to renew my subscription (but I already renewed it at the beginning of this month (September 3rd)). Could you tell me why could that be? Thank You in advance.

It sounds like Photoshop isn’t recognizing your active subscription. Try signing out of the Creative Cloud app and back in, then check for updates. If it still asks to renew, clear the Creative Cloud cache or reinstall the app. If the issue continues, contact Adobe Support so they can check your account status.

One additional thing to check along with the suggestions above is to make sure you are signed into the adobe account that actually purchased the subscription. Verify the login you used to purchase the subscription is the same email you are trying to login to your apps with.

    Some transactions, based upon the type of payment can take 2 or even 3 weeks to "clear the bank".
