Hello, I'm new to Photoshop and I'm writing in Arabic but the words aren't connecting together please what should I do

Correct answer Jeff Arola

After you unzip the ArabicTemplate there are instructions on how to use it.

Photoshop is only available by subscription now, so you would need to subscribe in order to get the latest Photoshop version.

The best deal is the Creative Cloud Photography plan which includes Photoshop, Lightroom and some mobile and web applications.

With Photoshop CS4 you probably need to use this ArabicTemplate

Once I downloaded this, will it install automatically?

And please how can I update my photoshop to latest one? It's lacking some functions in which I really wish I have on it

Photoshop CS4 was available with a perpetual license, Photoshop 2025 is available with the Cloud license – so not for a one-time payment but needs continual payment.

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Character, Options Bar, …) visible?

Which font are you using?

Hi, I assume that you are using the latest version, it is supposed to adapt automatically: while versions prior to 2023 require a preference change:

  1. Edit > Preferences > Type(Windows) or Photoshop > Preferences > Type (macOS).
  2. In the Choose Text Engine Options section, select World-Ready Layout.

if you have the latest version, maybe reset the text tool via a right click on its icon in the option bar.
