I cannot delete former version of photoshop

Hi. I would like to install photoshop 2024 and delete 2023 version of the photoshop.

But this 2023 version does not disappear in my window control pannel. When I try to uninstall it, it goes to adobe creative app and although I click uninstall, nothing happens. How can I delete this app?? 

There is no photoshop app installed currently according to my creative app. However it is still there and eating the disk!

To verify that the app has not been uninstalled, navigate to Apps > Installed Apps in Explorer.

You can safely remove any files from this location:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023

Thank you very much. The app did not show any but I just deleted the file from the location.
