it shows: "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. a windows will close the program and notify you if a solutuion is available." how can i make it okay for i can print id.?

Hi!
What versionof Photoshop are you using? Are you on a Mac or a Windows machine, and what version of the operating system are you using? Are you able to print anything else--or can you not print anything at all?

Hi thank you for your HELP. Im using windows 10, photoshop cc x64.ink. i can still print, word and excel documents and photoshop like images. my only problem is when im about to print an id format the pop up message shows. thank you.

Hi! thanks so much for responding! I do have a few more questions for you...
Have you been able to print before with this version of Photoshop? Did you upgrade anything before this started to happen? What do you mean by Photoshop-like images? What type of Printer are you using, and have you looked to see if you might need an updated driver?

yeah i can print id cards. i didnt upgrade anyhing before. and i can still print 2x2 id pictutre. im using epson l805. and im still nt upgrading my driver. thank u very much.

Hi!
This might be a work around until we can figure out why you're not able to print. It might not be the solution, but it can get you get you back up and printing.
Try saving your Photoshop Document as a PDF and then open it in Acrobat. You should be able to print it from Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. Let us know if you need help with the settings in the PDF dialog box.
