Hi!

What versionof Photoshop are you using? Are you on a Mac or a Windows machine, and what version of the operating system are you using? Are you able to print anything else--or can you not print anything at all?

So you're running Photoshop CC on Windows 8 (not Windows 10).

Hi! thanks so much for responding! I do have a few more questions for you...

Have you been able to print before with this version of Photoshop? Did you upgrade anything before this started to happen? What do you mean by Photoshop-like images? What type of Printer are you using, and have you looked to see if you might need an updated driver?

Let us know! Thanks,

Michelle

Hi!

This might be a work around until we can figure out why you're not able to print. It might not be the solution, but it can get you get you back up and printing.

Try saving your Photoshop Document as a PDF and then open it in Acrobat. You should be able to print it from Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. Let us know if you need help with the settings in the PDF dialog box.

Michelle
