You could of course use the line tool to draw lines aligned to your grid

Dave is correct.  If you want the grid to remain you simply need to draw it out with the line tool.  That should be fairly easy. Then you have more freedom of choosing the color and thickness of the lines for the grid.

If the resolution doesn't need to be too high, you can try a screen capture with the Windows Snipping Tool.
