i have a problem with exporting a mockup

every time i try to exports any mockup its gives me this

i tried Ps beta and normal Ps but nothing changes

i tried different mock up but the same problem happened again

    i solved the problem (:

    by:

    opening the "pereferences" panel and go to "performance" then uncheck "use Graphic Processor" and restarting Photoshop then check it again and restart Photoshop again
