I just reinstalled CS6 extended. The bar that was usually above the pictures showed a list of the open photos. It is gone, how do I get it back?

I just reinstalled CS6 extended photo shop.  Previously there was a bar above the photos showing what was open so I could switch between files.  It is gone.  How do I get it back?
