i keep getting Error 22, any solutions?

I am trying to make a gif by following a tutorial using KMPlayer and in order to import the captures i have to go to "File > Scripts > Load Files Into Stack " but when i try to load the files i get:

Error 22: Windows does not have a constructor

Line:388

->    ver w= new Window(res):

any idea's on how to fix this error?

Restart PS and resetting preferences and settings in the process.

"Hold down Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) when you start up Photoshop to reset the preferences."

Also, make sure you have the most current versions of PS and your OS updates.
