I'm a student and I already have a plan, pretty sure school pays It but it still asks me to pay
Is there any explaination? I cannot use photoshop but in the past I could.

I see a plan under your school account. Sign out of Creative Cloud and sign in with your .edu email address and choose the bottom choice for "Company or School Account":
