My creative cloud desktop app is really - really slow. I have dedicated FO internet high speed here, i have a subscription annually. But really slow. What the problem??

I want to uninstall this Creative Cloud Destop app, unfortunately i can not, it displays "your app is still need this such creative cload destop app". Then i want to uninstall my PHotoshop so i can uninstall creative cloud desktop app.
Unfortunately, when i want to uninstall PHotoshop by clicking uninstall button in my windows remove program panel, it displays stupid creative cloud again with ideot "taking no longer forever".
I really desperate, please anybody help. Thanks.

We can see you are using Windows. Is it 10 or 11?
What country are you in? (in case it's not on the list of approved countries)
Is this the first time you have tried to install the Creative Cloud app?
It sounds like Photoshop is installed, so you must have had the CC app installed before.
We had a thread yesterday from someone who thought the Creative Cloud app or Photoshop was stalling his internet connection. I wonder if you have something similar happening. He did several things, and does not sure which one got it working, but it is fixed now. Check out the thread and see if his last post makes sense regards your situation.
