I'm having a problem with Photoshop 25.0 In a tool Generative Fill

The tool was working well in the trial version. I updated to version 25.00, and after that incomprehensible graphics began to appear. I removed the program and downloaded it again, but to no avail.

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far?
Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
