I need enhance number plates.

Polish law enforcement agencies do not give advice. I have to try on my own to find a magician who will be able to decipher the vehicle registration numbers or improve the photo to readable. Is there anyone with such abilities?

Can anyone else open the attachment?  It's not working for me.

The image share links are not letting me right click and copy, so we are left with grabbing a screen shot which will not be close enough resolution,

Marcin, can you use the forum widget and paste the image full res?  Thanks.

Be aware that in all the years I have used this site, I can't remember a single time when we successfully cleaned one of these up enough to read it, and yours does not look promising.
