Hello, can you give us some more info: are you using a graphic tablet? if yes, which one? which driver version?

Please explain the correction you are trying to make. You are drawing with the pencil tool at a 2700% zoom on a very small canvas.

I've watched your video twice and have no idea what your issue is. I just see the pencil tool cursor moving around and sometimes you are drawing pixels with it. Can you explain the problem you are having.
