As of January 2017, CS6 is no longer available for purchase.

However, if you're a paid member of Creative Cloud,  you can get Previous Versions (includes CS6 13.0) from your Creative Cloud Desktop App.   See screenshot below for details.

NOTE: Previous versions are not available to 7-day trial members.
