Hello,
I am in need of some serious help! I have a ad due to a client today and need to save my work; however, everytime I try to save the video it says "Could not complete rendered video command because of a program error". This also happens when I try to make edits to the animation. Please please help.

Hi Nicole,
Sorry to hear about the program error while rendering a video out of Photoshop, could you please let us know the version of Photoshop and the operating system you're working on?
What format are you trying to render? Would you mind sharing some more details about the project & the workflow?
You may try resetting the preferences of Photoshop and see if it helps: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html
Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. Migrate presets, actions, and settings
Regards,
Sahil

Yes I am using Photoshop version 21.0.2 and I am using Windows10. I am trying to save the animation as an mp4.
I have been working on an ad for a client, using various graphics and text. Every now and then as I am working, specifically within the Timeline section a program error message pops up disallowing me to make any more changes to the project, nor save and exit the project. I have lost the file many times because of this, but once I finally completed the project I went to file>export> render video; however as it is about to complete saving, the program error message pops up again and says that it can not render the video.
