I remove foreground image with content aware fill but I get spots in place of it?

hello,

 I have selected foreground image (ship) with lasso tool then I go to edit and click on content-aware-fill after I have cleaned around it with brush tool and click ok but now I get this spot on the image.

is this normal? if no ?  how it comes that.

if yes I know I have to use clone tool.

This is probably simply a unknown scenario where the AI based functions have not enough reference on what to do and the harsh contrast and reflections confuse matters further. This may indeed be something you have to use conventional techniques on.

Hi, can you show us the settings you have and the target area you have in CAF?
