do you have a 64 bit os?

if yes,

update your os and esp your ms visual c++ versions

repair those installed versions that are repairable

if that fails, click your start button>type winver>enter>embed* a screenshot of the winver panel

I repaired Microsoft Visual C++ and now it works.
