Question

I updated Photoshop CC today and all my presets, actions, key-combinations and everything is gone. What can I do?

Yea! Thats the problem. Everything is gone now. And I don´t find a way to restore all my settings. Is there any help?

Best regards, Seb

    I updated Photoshop CC today

This is a very confusing thread! Seb is asking about Photoshop, Derek is talking about InDesign and the screen cap shows Illustrator!

Seb, chances are your Photoshop presets, and hopefully more are still there. What operating system are you on?

I'd start with Edit > Presets > Migrate Presets and see if you can navigate to the 2015 application folder. You can load Actions via the Actions panel menu, and shortcuts through the Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box.

Have you kept the previous version of InDesign with your settings (as well as the new version that doesn't have your settings)?

Hey and many thanks for your answer. I had no choice to keep any older version. It did what it did. I looked for an older version on my harddisk but can´t find any.

When you upgrade to a newer version of InDesign via the Creative Cloud you have the option to keep or remove older versions and import your settings and preferences into the new version. (Below is a screen shot for Illustrator but InDesign is the same.)
