I want to see Exif information after editing and exporting photos, what should I do?
Thank you!

Use Save As/Save As a Copy to retain metadata, otherwise be sure to check the metadata options in Export As or Export Save for Web (legacy).

Do you mean you want to retain Exif for saved images?
If you just want to access that info then Bridge is my go to, but I don't use Lightroom.

When viewing the raw image, there is exif information, but after editing with Photoshop, when it is time to export the JPG file, the accompanying exif information is no longer seen. I'd like to see them still come with edited photo files.

As I previously wrote, use Save/Save As/Save As a Copy which includes all metadata, otherwise check if your Export method allows for including such metadata.
EDIT:
Export As doesn't include such metadata:
Export > Save for Web (Legacy) can include All metadata:

Thank you for your advice! I also tried but the result is that I still cannot see the EXIF information on the exported image file.
