I want to write 120-10 but Photoshop keep forcing my text to 10-120

I read the discussion My numbers and punctuation glitching on Photoshop. Help? [2012] [CS6] yet I don't have the Preferences>Type Middle Eastern or East Asian as you can see;



All I want to write with a text tool is basic equations like 120-12 or 1/180 as scale but Photoshop (2023) always forces my text to be 10-120 or 180/1
