iCloud Files Greyed Out

How can I open these files greyed out in Photoshop? Currently I have to go through finder and then I can open in Photoshop 😕

That's just how it is. PS has no way of forcing a download on your files that exist on your iCloud storage. This stuff only works inside Adobe's own cloud sync. You might want to check your iCloud settings and force thme to immediately sync and always download all documents.
