If you have a licence or subscription you can install Photoshop all  of you machines and be able to activate Photoshop on two machine.  To activate on an other machine you will need to deactivate Photoshop on one activated machine then activate it on the other machine. Only one machine should use Photoshop at any given time to be in compliance with your Adobe agreement.   IMO for me its more the two different people should not be using you machines.   If my two machine are  in the same location and I use Photoshop on both at the same time to test and copy files between machines. I not fell that I violation Adobe single user use.  I just tryinf to get Photoshop workin on both machines.
