Image appears darker than what it is

So for some weird reason any image appears darker in photoshop. I don't know how to fix it. You can also see my color settings using sRGB.

    You probably have a defective monitor profile, most likely distributed through Windows Update. Applications that don't support color management don't use the profile, and are unaffected by bad profiles.

    Use a calibrator to make a new profile, or if you don't have one, use sRGB IEC 61966-2.1 for now.
