An image is made of pixels, and here thre's only 272 pixels x 170 pixels to go around. Those are the pixels you see. There's nothing wrong in Photoshop, it's just the pixels the image is made of.

 

To get this to look good, you should use Illustrator to create this as vector art, not pixels, and Export it to a vector format like SVG.
