Image enhancement for documents/text?

Is there an AI that will make a scanned document look like the original? Meaning text are crisp and square and there are no crease marks, faint text bleed from the back side, compression artifacts, etc. Kind of like what adobe podcast speech enhancement does for speech recordings.

 

It's ok if the result is an image, a vector, or a PDF. As long as it is editable so I can fix any errors. I tried the acrobat to PDF converter and it is not that good. I don't think it uses any AI though.

@avpromedia The Acrobat OCR route is the best way but you need to take it one step further.

After running OCR on your scans - save the file out as a Microsoft Word document from Acrobat:

Not 100% perfect but you can edit from here.
