image looks pixelated, though the same image looks perfect in lightroom.

photoshopLR  it just has started happening since yesterday after reinstalling PS. What could be the possible reason?

Sorry that the images appear pixelated in Photoshop (after reinstallation) but looks fine in Lightroom. 

Which version of Photoshop and Lightroom are  you using? What is the operating system you're using?

I am using Adobe Photoshop Version: 21.2.0 20200604.r.225 2020/06/04: 02a81f3015 x64, alos latest LR CC 2o2o.

I am using windows Windows 10. 

I am not sure about this thread that you shared, can you please explain exactly what I need to do. All my drivers are up to date and am using Dell XPS 15 7590.

Sorry about the delay in my response and thanks for sharing the details.

Here's what is referred in the thread I shared:

• Color in Photoshop are best judged and viewed at 100%  zoom. At 100% zoom - the image you see on screen is a full image composite with no interpolation - each image pixel is mapped to each screen pixel. This is the accurate preview of your image.To view your image at that zoom level, see https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/viewing-images.html#display_images_at_100\
• In the History & Cache section, adjust the Cache Levels setting.

  Change the image cache to 4 (default). Choose Edit > Preferences > Performance (Windows) or Photoshop > Preferences > Performance (Mac)
