Image Processor not showing photos in folders to select.

When i go into scrips - image  processor to change raw photos into jpeg. when i select the folder to get photos from,  all the folder show no photos in them. Even folder with raw or jpeg, the folders are empty.

    My understanding is that Image Processor works at the 'Folder' level. It does not show, or allow you to select individual files in a folder.  So the Processor action is applied to every file in the chosen folder.

    (Ps experts can tell me if I am wrong.)
