Hello, I have noticed that the anchor point for rotating a image in the new photoshop is both absent and can not be moved - to the best of my knowlegde.
Is there a way to make visable the "invisible center anchor point" and move it around like in the older versions of photoshop?
Howdy. Try Ctrl/Cmd+T (transform) and look in the top left corner of PS. Check the little box "toggle reference point" and see if that does the trick.

You need to turn it once from the option bar as shown in the screenshot below
once this done, you can press alt and click to palce the anchor point wherever you want
