Image size Export issue in Photoshop

Hello,

Ive combined 3 images into one image, Original image sizes 7360x4912, and the new image size is 11289x7526. Canvas and Image size are both at 11289x7526.

When I export my image to JPEG, the image size changes, initially showing 11289x7526, but after being loaded in the export window, the size converts to 6536x4357, but also crops the original image.

How can I preserve the edit, and not have a cropped image on export?

Hi,

This issue is very strange. There is no reason for this to happen.
Can you tell please how are you exporting the image? Please tell me the exact steps u're doing.

How were you able to correct your export?  I am having the same issue.  Here is a screenshot of my image and export. My image is 5402x7202 (18x24).  I tried to update the image and canvas size, but it keeps reverting back to this cropped image.
