Image Size Greyed Out

While working on a file in LR after selecting "Edit in PS" many options are greyed out, this question is specifically for Image size.  If I open the file directly from a local drive in PS the options are available.  This has not always been the case and only began recently in the past week or so.  Any help would be appreciated
