Image trace feature missing on my laptop

The Image Trace feature is available in Adobe Illustrator and not Photoshop

The new tracing pen is experimental and requires a supported GPU,   preference enabled, a toolbar reset and a restart of Photoshop.  You have to realise it will never be able to trace a raster image.  It simplified option will miss a lot of detail and the normal and detail option will have too many paths to be useful.   Perhaps the tool will be useful for some image content when Adobe improve it. Also on my machine it seem to have a nasty bug in 22, Once it bites all feature in Photoshop performance goes to pot. There is so much lag I need to restart Photoshop to restore Photoshop performance. Currently you do want it.
