Images are turning black when saved

Hello,
I have this issue for a few days now. On two different machines (MacBook Pro running under Mojave).
When I save an image, it becomes black. The file can't be used. It just shows a black square and when I open it in an another software (Illustrator), it displays a black image.
I updated Photoshop CC 2019 and I still have the problem.
Anyone has the same issue ?
Thanks for your help.

I just created an image for an article on LinkedIn and had no issues. I am using a Wacom MobileStudio Pro running Windows 10.
I wish I could say that I could test things out on Apple computer... but I moved away from Apple in 2015.

Hi
Try enabling this option and restarting Photoshop to see if it helps

Did you use Lighting Effects before saving?

Yes exactly !

That's a bug with the Lighting Effects filter that adobe is working on to correct.
In the meantime it should work if you turn the layer to a Smart Object before running Lighting Effects.

What version of Photoshop are you using?
The November 2018 (version 20.0.1) update was supposed to fix the Lighting Effects issue
Fixed issues in Adobe Photoshop CC
One of the fixes listed is:
Photoshop: Lighting Effects does not work on Smart Objects | Photoshop Family Customer Community

CC 20.0.1 (last one)
When I use the Lightning effect, I have the choice between two bugs (^^).
PS crashes... or my pic becomes all black.
The last update did not fix it.

I too have 20.0.1 and still have this issue. Switching the object to a smart object before rendering the effect is the only method that works. Otherwise, it displays on screen correctly and in all channels, but as soon as you flatten or save the image it turns it to black.
Seems it remains unfixed.
