Images doesn't play when video editing

Hi, I'm new to using Photoshop for video editing. I've imported 5 video clips into photoshop and want to work with them, but they aren't being played or if they are there's a huge delay. What can I do? Thanks so much in advance. Caroline.

Please attach a screenshot of your entire Photoshop window, showing layers and timeline.

Also, I recommend doing video work in Premiere. Photoshop's timeline is meant for small animations or videos, generally under 500 frames. Today's standards recommend 29.97 frames per second.

Have you somehow flattened your videos into single layers?
