Import Custom Measurement Scale File (.PSP) into Photoshop 2021

Hello, all! I've exhausted my internet-searching abilities to find an answer to my issue, so I thought I'd try posting here. I need to find a way to add my custom-made measurement scale file to PS 2021 on my work PC. The file is in .PSP format and works great in my personal PC's PS CS5 Extended. To import it to that version of PS, I had to open hidden PS files in my PC's User folder and simply copy it in. Then, I was able to access all scale bars easily from Analysis -> Image -> Set Measurement Scale menu as you can see in the attached pic.

However, I can't seem to find a way to do this in PS 2021 because I have no Photoshop folder at all in my User folder, probably because this version of PS is web-based to some degree. Does anybody have any helpful suggestions or is this not a possible option in this version of PS? It's crucial I figure this out because otherwise I'll need to make all new scale bars and they're needed by multiple colleagues using different PCs. Thanks!

There should be a Adobe Photoshop 2021 folder for the preferences just like cs5 in

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2021

If it's a work computer maybe your employer set up access restrictions to certain folders.

At the risk of offending your computer skills, did you go the Folder View options and enable Show hidden files, folders and drives?

Jeff, no offense taken! I definitely did all of the above and the only Adobe folder I can see is the one for Acrobat, but this IS a work PC and it does have restricted access for some things, so it's definitely possible that's the deal here. I'll go inquire. Thanks!
