J'ai tout essayé, je suis même sur le créative cloud mais rien à faire je ne peux ouvrir mon photoshop. Je penseais que c'était parceque j'étais à l'étranger mais non.

Can you launch the Creative Cloud desktop app? If not, could you tell us what happens when you try to launch it? Which macOS version are you working on?

For Photoshop Web, have you tried a different browser to check if that makes a difference?
