impossible de mettre photoshop en français et sauvegarder en jpeg

j'ai un petit soucis avec mon programme, je n'arrive pas à le mettre en français. Ni a sauvegarder en jpeg. quelquun saurais m'aider s'il vous plait?

And to save as a JPG - go to Settings/File Handling and check "Enable Legacy Save As".
