IMPOSSIBLE to have 300 ppp on jpeg when export / save as / save as copy

I need my photo in 300 ppp for print and i tried everything to have it when i export it on Photoshop AND lightroom classic but always end up with the poor 96ppp.

I tried everything :

- Save as

- Export

- Save as copy
- changing the " Preferences > File Handling > File Saving Options" Enable legacy "save as"

nothing change still 96ppp.
lightroom export make the same thing.

any suggestions ?

Save As/Save a Copy JPEG will retain the 300ppi resolution metadata. Export As will not, Save for Web depends on the metadata inclusion option selected.

The following scripts will force the resolution metadata of a previously saved JPEG file to 300 PPI without opening/resaving the JPEG image data.
