impossible to use Generative fill - intenet connectio error

From today I cannot use the "Generative Fill" function. Photoshop 25.1 continues to give me a "Please check your internet connection" error.
I have checked every single possible problem:
1) host configuration
2) internet connection
3) done every single step on the page

It does not work!!!
I am very disappointed

Does anyone know what I can do?
My network works and I access the Adobe site, my data, etc....

    HI @charlyeg90649242 go to Windows Defender and make sure PS is loaded and allowed.

    Good morning
    Although I had entered the access permission rules for Photoshop in Windows Defender, I encountered a problem in configuring access permissions on Window Defender Firewall with Advanced Security.
    I manually activated the permissions and now the program works.
    I hope it doesn't show up again the next time I'll log in.

      Already done... not working 

       

      I also disconnected and reconnected to Adobe Cloud and opened Photoshop from the Creative Cloud menu.... it does not work

      I added both the Photoshop and Creative Cloud programs to the Windows 11 firewall... it doesn't work

        Please try this (from @CShubert)   :
        Quit Photoshop and Relaunch. This resets the connection Photoshop has to the server.

         

        Let us know if this works for you.

        I dont see Photoshop specifically on that list. It is not the same as Adobe Application Manager, etc.
