Improved Object Selection Tool in 23.2 for Mac?

Creative Cloud indicates there's something new with the objest selection tool in 23.2 (see pic). But when I click "view more" I am taken to a page where info on 23.2 is listed, and there is nothing there about an improved object selection tool.
