Hi there,

We are sorry about the experience with Photoshop 2020.

Would you mind sharing more information on what happens when you are trying to save the images? Are you saving the files to an external drive? If yes, please let us know the format of the drive. Also, please share a screenshot is case you are getting an error while trying to save the files.

Please go to the "System Preferences" of your Mac, then "Security and Privacy", then select the "Privacy" tab. Once there, select "Accessibility" from the list on the left and add Photoshop to the list. Also, grant permissions to Photoshop under "Full disk access". Once done, please restart the computer to check if that helps.

Regards,

Nikunj

Thanks @nikunj.m ! That worked for me. Not sure why PS didn't initiate that action like most apps do upon install...

I'm on PS 22.0.1 and Mac 15.7 (Catalina, have not updated to Big Sur yyyyYet. I can save but not Save As. When I hit Save As, nothing at all happens, no dialog paneal, nada.
