Hi, now I have some problem with my Adobe Stock images.

Please help me !!

Images I added to my library they are not working anymore

Normally, when I see fine images and added them to my library and then, to see if it is fine I license them

But from today, I can't not license any images in Photoshop

I don't know what happended

I have tried many solution methods that may work. I found them on Google.

(Adobe Host repair toolkit tried, Images are allowed to license in my location, Disabled Windows Wall for reloading, Checked computer virus, Internet connection completely fine)

None of them worked

Here are some screen photos about my problem

I have the same problem with purchase license in Photoshop. I solved it with getting the license with the Creative Cloud app > files > Get license.

I really appreciate your help and time. I already knew that. Also you can license your image on the Adobe Stock web page as well if you prefer.

: 1) Go to Adobe Stock library on the Adobe Stock web page 2) Select your image you want to license or press blue license button on the image

Anyway, here is the thing that I want is : Licensing images in Photoshop not in Cloud app or not on Adobe Stock pages.

Everyone can license their images in Photoshop except for few people like me and you.

and I can't stand things like when something goes wrong in some ways and it should be worked in the way that we are used to. Also, I have tried other methods to make it work. I've reinstalled Photoshop and Adobe Cloud Creative. But, still not fixed.

I want to say this I really don't want to make your feel bad. But, If I did I'm so sorry, I really wanted to write my thoughts politely. But, my first language is not English. So, I might look rude. But, I don't mean it. I really appreciate your help and time again Hanser.

Please Please don't feel bad. I really like your help and kindness. I hope your trouble would be fixed soon.

Hi, Hanser

Now, I can license images in Photoshop without any error messages.

I'm not sure if it works with you. I was just looking for some images on Adobe Stock page and then, I added fine images to my library. And then, I tried to license them in Photoshop with no expectation and then it worked. I don't know what happend. I'm so happy to see this is fixed.

So, here is my suggestion 1) On Adobe Stock web page, add many images(I added nealy 50 images) to your library

2) Run Photoshop and go to Photoshop library 3) Select any image that you added to library 4) Press mouse right button on the selected image to see command menu 5) Select license image 6) See if it works

In my case this worked. I hope this works for you, too
