In Photosop 23.1 version, when activating the guides they are not displayed

In Photosop 23.1 version, when activating the guides they are not displayed, only when the mouse is passed over them.
When working with paths the nodes blink.
And the selections are not displayed, only when the mouse is hovered over.

iMAC Retina 5K, 27–2019
Processor 3.1 Ghz Inrel Core i5 6 Cores

What settings do you have in this preferences panel?

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?

It may also help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Hello,

When performing this procedure, the guides appear but the side and bottom scroll bars disappear, which does not allow moving the image on the canvas, nor does the "hand" tool to move.
