Incompatible adobe products on windows 10

Hello everyone!
I had to format my computer and install window 10 64 bit and I can no longer install any adobe products! All apps are incompatible. I am using a newer version of Windows 10 and always ask to update. Please any solution ??

Have you updated Windows? You need version 1809 or later. The current Windows 10 version is 1903.

I have same problem , my Acrobat ver is 8.1 and stck up with windows 10 Enterprise

my windows ver. is 21H2

Please advise what to do to make it work ?
