NO PUEDO INSTALAR INSTALAR LA CC 2020 EN MI SISTEMA MAC OS AUNQUE EN LA WEB DE ADOBE SI APARACE UN OPCIÓN PARA PODER INSTALAR LA VERSION CC 2020 QUE YA TENIA INTALADA CON SUSCRIPCION DESDE EL MES DE FEBREERO Y QUE FUNCIONABA. POR UN PROBLEMA TÉCNICO EN MI ORDENADOR TUVE QUE REINSTALAR EL USUARIO ADMINISTRADOR Y DEJO DE FUNCIONAR PARCIALMENTE (PHOTOSHOP, BRIGE O ILLUSTRATOR SI FUNCIONABAN, PERO NO INDESIGN O LIGTHROOM.

MI CASO FUE TRATADO EN ASISTENCIA ADOBE TELEFONICA CON NUMERO 29463981-T9B2 (SANTI), SIN PODER SOLUCIONARLO.

Hi @LUIS301377842n7n Adobe Customer Care should have sent you a download link for CC2020. If they did not, you'll need to contact them again to get that. Let them know your OS limitations for installing.

If you have the link and are having issues installing, run the CC Cleaner Tool first to wipe out any restored/previously failed installs for a clean install.

Tengo esta version 10.13.6 pero mi problema es instalar toda la CC 2020
