Tengo comprado Desing Premium CS5, y necesito descargarlo en mi nuevo equipo, pero no encuentro en ingún lado como hacerlo y en el soporte se niegan a ayudarme.

      Thats awesome @Jeff Arola I never realized that a) PDT had the European downloads and b) they were still functional/activating.

        @Ana34184110e0tw as Dave stated - if you purchased this back in 2012, you can find your activation code under your account details in Adobe.com. If you recently purchased this - you've been scammed as it will not activate.

        is totally mine, the program I buy is old, the problem is I dont have cd on my pc, and I only can download the ENG version, I have the key for the SPANISH version and is not avaliable on the product download version. So my key dont work on the english version

        @Ana34184110e0tw unfortunately you need the key for the specific version you are installing. Mixing keys will not work - there is nothing more that can be done the downloaders for CS5 are no longer available.

          If you have just bought CS5 then I amost guarantee you have been sold an illegal copy. CS5 has not been sold since 2012 when it was replaced with CS6. An illegal copy is unlikely to activate.

          If you mean you bought it back in 2012 and need to reactivate it on your new PC then you should be able to do so if you have the original discs and serial number.
