Photoshop CC 2019 and 2020 are only available in 64bit versions, you can download CC 2018 32bit from here but it's only available for the Windows

Given that official support is for the current version plus the previous version, who knows for how long that link will exist.

In addition, even when they were supported, the 32 bit versions had reduced functionality - no 3D , no video , no oil paint....

A good reason to download now have a backup in place should Adobe remove the downloads. Also download the available downloads for versions updates.
