installation error

I bought the software and installed it - no problem but when I try to open it I get the error message Cannot continue as MSVCP140 not found What to do?

You need to install this from Microsoft

I downloaded the material as suggested but I still get the messages:-

On clicking the icon for Adobe Creative Cloud.exe "Code execution cannot proceed as VCRUNTIME140.dll not found"

and on clicking Photoshop 2021.exe icon "Code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP.dll was not found"

This is most frustrating as I installed the software exactly as directed
