Installation failed when trying to install photoshop

I'm trying to install Photoshop but the install keeps failing when it gets to 10%. The error code is 176 which says I'm trying to install it on a network drive which isn't true, I'm just installing on normal C drive. It says to try moving the install location but that hasn't worked either.

I've had previous versions of photoshop and creative cloud app says its not installed, but I open control panel and there's something for photoshop thats about 4 gb. When I try to uninstall through control panel, a option in cc app says if I want to keep preferences, but no matter what I click nothing happens. I've tried to uninstall cc app on control panel but it refuses and says that there apps that cc needs to stay for adobe apps that are installed(there are none)

Hi @Carter289744191yhn how much free space on the main C drive do you have? Was the HD replaced recently?

Run the CC Cleaner Tool to remove any previous install attempts:

Then install a fresh copy of the Creative Cloud desktop app.
